New menu out now for Autumn 2010 with a few new dishes.

The New Prespect Inn a family owned bussiness was aquired in 2008 (formly Prospect Inn) after a major reburbishment to the highest standards, we now offer one of the best beer gardens in Halifax with a fenced off play area for the under 12s.

You will find locally brewed real ales which won us the award of pub of the season summer 2009 by CAMRA. Home cooked food is on offer Tuesday to Sunday and is well worth the climb up the hill according to Halifax Courier Food Critic
We are a family friendly establishment and WELL BEHAVED children are welcome at any time in the lounge and bistro, sorry no children at the bar or in the snug area. There are high chairs for those little bottoms that cant reach the table on standard chair, every child is assured to go home with a treat of a lollipop if there good and eat up all those greens.... well maybe just settle for good!

The Chefs.

Chris Brownridge has been here since the Bistro opened in April 2009, his Sunday carvery is second to none in the Halifax area. Lee Burke joined us early in 2010 and is without a doubt a very talented young man, his desserts and home-made icecreams are to die for as are some of his specials dishes.
They both have a passion for fresh quality local products which reflects in the excelent food they produce, the best part is the menu prices won't break the bank.
If you have any dietary requirements please do ask to speak to Chef on your arrival or you can E-mail chef direct.
